Description:   Opened: 2005-05-12 17:36
"An error occurred while creating a new sketch. Processing must now quit."
message shows up because it can't seem to find build dir on operating
systems w/ non-ascii chars. or rather, when user accounts have non-ascii
chars in the name.

need to set up an account with an umlaut in the name and see what's up.
where the .exe is failing, and where it's failing in the java code.
